Shipping policy

All orders are dispatched from our EU warehouse in Riga, Latvia by tracked courier.

Coverage: we deliver to 17+ European countries - see the map on our Delivery page.
Dispatch time: in-stock parts are usually handed to the courier within 1-2 business days.
Transit time: typically 2-7 business days within the EU, depending on destination.
Tracking: every shipment includes a tracking number sent to your email.
Cost: shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight. Bulky items (engines, gearboxes, body panels) ship on pallets and may take longer.

If a shipment arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and contact us within 48 hours so we can claim with the courier and resolve it for you.
