FAQ — Frequently Asked Questions
Will this part fit my car?
The most reliable way to check is the OE number — every listing shows the original equipment number of the part. Compare it with the number on your old part or in your dealer catalogue. Not sure? Send us your VIN and the OE number (or a photo of the old part) via the contact page and we will verify fitment before you order.
Are the photos of the actual part?
Yes. Photos always show the exact part you will receive, not a stock image. If you would like extra photos of a specific area (scratches, mounting points, connectors), just ask — we will photograph it.
What condition are the parts in? What does “Used – Tested” mean?
Every part is removed from a specific donor vehicle, inspected and function-tested before listing. “Used – Tested” means the part is original (OEM), working and checked by our technicians. “Refurbished” means it has additionally been professionally restored. Known donor mileage is stated in the listing — if it is missing, ask us.
What warranty do I get?
Every part comes with a 90-day warranty. Engines and gearboxes carry a start-up warranty: have the unit installed by a qualified workshop, replace fluids, filters and gaskets, and keep the invoice for the installation. Details on the Warranty & Returns page.
How long does delivery take and what does it cost?
We ship from our EU warehouse in Riga, Latvia by tracked courier to 17+ European countries. Most EU deliveries arrive within 2–6 business days after dispatch. The exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the part. Large items (engines, gearboxes, bumpers, body panels) ship on a pallet or as oversized freight.
Do I have to pay customs duties or extra fees?
No. Latvia is in the European Union, so shipments within the EU incur no customs duties and no additional fees — the price you see at checkout is final.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
No, we do not offer cash on delivery. All orders are paid online at checkout — you can use a card or other methods shown at checkout. This keeps every order documented and lets us dispatch immediately.
Will I get an invoice? Can I get a B2B invoice with an EU VAT number?
Yes — an invoice is issued for every order. Business customers with a valid EU VAT number can receive a B2B invoice: contact us with your company details (name, address, VAT number) right after ordering.
How do I track my order?
As soon as the courier picks up your parcel you receive the tracking number by e-mail. If the tracking has not updated for a few days, contact us and we will check with the courier.
How do I return a part?
Contact us first via the contact page — we will send you the return address and instructions. You can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days (EU consumer right) and our 90-day warranty covers parts that turn out to be faulty or not as described. Pack the part in its original packaging where possible. Details on the Warranty & Returns page.
When will I get my refund?
We refund within a few business days after the returned part arrives back and passes inspection. The refund goes to the payment method you used at checkout.
Do you have more parts from the same car?
Very likely — we dismantle donor vehicles completely, so bumpers, lamps, interior, electronics and more from the same car are often in stock. Send us the link to a listing and tell us what else you need; we will check the donor vehicle for you.
