Frequently asked questions
How do I know a part will fit my car?
Match the OE number printed on your old part to the OE number on our listing — that's a guaranteed fit. Not sure? Send us the number via the fitment form and a technician will confirm.
What does “Used – Tested” mean?
The part was removed from a donor vehicle by the dismantler who supplies it, and its condition is disclosed in the listing; we check it against the listing before dispatch. “Refurbished” means it was additionally reconditioned (e.g. primed body panels).
Do the photos belong to this specific part?
The photos belong to the listing and are taken of the part held by the supplying dismantler — they are not stock catalogue images. If a photo and the description disagree, ask us before ordering.
How fast is delivery?
After you order, we buy the part in from the supplying dismantler, so dispatch normally takes 1–5 business days (bulky parts can take longer, and we tell you if they do). Tracked courier delivery inside the EU then usually takes another 2–6 business days; you get the tracking number as soon as it ships.
Am I covered by the law or by your 90-day guarantee?
Both, and they are separate. By law you have a guarantee of conformity: if the part does not match the description, the OE number or the stated condition, or does not work as it should, you can require repair or replacement, and then a price reduction or a refund. For used goods we apply a two-year liability period from delivery. Separately and voluntarily we add a 90-day commercial guarantee covering fit and function as described — it adds to your legal rights and never limits them. On top of that you have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
Do you show internal SKUs?
No — only real manufacturer OE numbers, so you can verify fitment independently.
Can you ship to a country not on the delivery map?
Usually yes. We ship to most of Europe and worldwide on request — contact us and we'll arrange it.
Do I have to pay customs duties or extra fees?
No. We ship from within the European Union, so shipments to EU destinations incur no customs duties and no additional fees — the price you see at checkout is final.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
No, we do not offer cash on delivery. All orders are paid online at checkout — you can use a card or other methods shown at checkout. This keeps every order documented and lets us dispatch immediately.
Will I get an invoice? Can I get a B2B invoice with an EU VAT number?
Yes — an invoice is issued for every order. Business customers with a valid EU VAT number can receive a B2B invoice: contact us with your company details (name, address, VAT number) right after ordering.
When will I get my refund?
If you withdraw within 14 days, we refund all payments received from you, including the standard outbound delivery cost, no later than 14 days after we get the part back or you provide proof that you sent it. In conformity and guarantee cases we refund without undue delay once the return has arrived and been checked. The refund goes to the payment method you used at checkout.
Do you have more parts from the same car?
Very likely — our partner yards dismantle donor vehicles completely, so bumpers, lamps, interior, electronics and more from the same car are often available. Send us the link to a listing and tell us what else you need; we'll check the donor vehicle for you.
Can I return a part just because I changed my mind?
Yes. As a consumer you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason, under Directive 2011/83/EU. Tell us by e-mail, send the part back within 14 days of that notice, and we refund all payments including the standard outbound delivery cost within 14 days of receiving it back or of your proof of return. The direct cost of returning the part is yours in that case; if the part is faulty or not as described, we pay it. The full text and the model withdrawal form are on the guarantee & returns page.
