90-day warranty and returns
Every used or refurbished OEM part sold by Omega Company, SIA ("OmegaCarParts") is inspected and tested before dispatch and covered by a 90-day warranty from the day you receive it.
Returns
- EU consumers - 14-day withdrawal: you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason (Directive 2011/83/EU). The part must be returned unfitted and in the condition received.
- Warranty returns (up to 90 days): if the part is faulty or does not match its description or OE number, contact us and we will replace it or refund you in full, including return shipping.
- Wrong fitment: if the part does not fit your vehicle, return it within 90 days for a refund of the part price. Please verify fitment by OE number before ordering - our team is happy to check for you.
How to return
Email us before returning so we can issue a return authorisation and label where applicable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
