Terms of service

These terms govern purchases from omegacarparts.eu, operated by Omega Company, SIA, Reg. Nr. 40203715721, Ilukstes iela 107 k-3-98, Riga, LV-1082, Latvia (the "Seller").

Products

We sell used and refurbished OEM vehicle parts. Every part is inspected and function-tested before listing; photos show the actual part supplied. Condition is always disclosed on the product page. Compatibility should be verified by OE number before ordering.

Prices and payment

Prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout via the methods offered there.

Delivery

Orders ship by tracked courier from our warehouse in Riga, Latvia to the countries listed on our Delivery page. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.

Warranty and returns

All parts carry a 90-day warranty and EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal - see our Refund policy for details.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumers have under applicable EU and Latvian law. Installation must be performed by a qualified technician; the Seller is not liable for damage caused by improper installation.

Disputes

EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Latvian law applies to the extent consumer-protection rules of your country of residence do not override it.
