Database items include inactive and historical records. Views combine recorded store and marketplace history, which begins on different dates and has some missing days. Supplier and country counts reflect our operating business; managed storefronts include the Omega store and connected marketplace accounts.
One part. Less work for you.
Explore a listing, a buyer question and an order. No login needed; the examples use demonstration data.
A useful listing starts with the right information
Keep the original part number, prepare the wording for the channel, and flag what still needs checking.
A clear answer. A check when it matters.
Omega handles the buyer conversation and asks your team for physical part details when needed.

- 01Review the fit
Your stock source, existing channels and dispatch process. We look for a practical opportunity together.

Purchase prices, payments, channels and returns responsibilities, confirmed in writing before launch.
- 03Run a full-stock pilot
Connect the agreed feed for a four-week pilot, then review together how the cooperation is working.

- Reliable dispatch
- RRR / Ovoko or Ecwid feed; other formats assessed individually
A few practical details
Can I keep selling through my current channels?
Yes. We review your existing setup and agree how stock updates and sales will be coordinated. Tell us about integrations you already use so we can assess where Omega would add value.
What if I already sell on Allegro?
We review your existing listings, markets and workload before proposing an arrangement. Omega's store may be an additional outlet. Further marketplace activity depends on your current coverage and the terms agreed with you.
How are prices and payments agreed?
Purchase prices and payment terms are agreed individually in writing before your stock goes live. For parts sold through the arrangement, you invoice Omega through the supplier portal and we pay on those terms.
Who handles buyer questions and returns?
Omega manages buyer communication. We ask your team for stock, condition or return confirmation when needed. The agreement sets out the return process, costs and each party's responsibilities.
Do I need to create my listings again?
No. We use stock information from the agreed feed to prepare listings. RRR / Ovoko and Ecwid are supported starting points; other formats need assessment. We explain any missing information during the review.
Will every part go onto every channel?
We connect your full stock, then assess publication for each agreed channel. Eligible stock depends on product information, delivery arrangements, channel requirements and operational readiness.
